This Iron Series chair base was digitally manufactured with $30 million in equipment to ensure consistent quality and capacity. This series has ShenHui’s own research and development, based on the classic shape design and replacing the more cost-effective raw materials, this series of products can pass the dynamic and static test of SGS. The maximum capacity of this digitalized production line can reach 4000 pcs per day after commissioning, and it can produce four styles at the same time.
